Why

Lays the groundwork for an NVIDIA ShadowPlay or Rewind style streaming workflow, where users can push a live stream from their machine and have the platform ingest, track, and eventually record it for on-demand playback.

What this PR does

Introduces an NGINX-RTMP ingest server, a new streams database table and JPA entity for tracking stream sessions, and per-user stream key support for authenticating publishes.

Local dev workflows are improved with a dedicated dev compose file and updated config defaults.
