Retheme frontend: warm editorial palette + new type system

• Replaces the old blue/grey Flowbite-based styling with a warm cream-and-brown palette and a three-family type system.

Theme

• Fonts -> Newsreader (headings), IBM Plex Sans (UI/body), IBM Plex Mono (timecodes, stream key, metrics), loaded from Google Fonts in index.html.
• Colours -> all defined as @theme tokens in index.css: surfaces (background, sidebar, card, fields, dropzone), ink (text-primary → muted), accents (terracotta, olive), status
  (live, error), and lines/chips (hairline, hover, selected, inactive). No hex literals outside that block.
  Every page and component moved onto the tokens — sidebar, topbar, home, upload, clip editor, player, library grids, profile, stream control, and the edit forms.

Cleanup

• Dropped flowbite-react and its Tailwind plugin, plus unused deps (axios, dotenv, js-cookie, path, vite-plugin-mkcert).
• Removed Vite boilerplate (App.css, react.svg, vite.svg) and set a real page title.
• Renamed BlueButton → PrimaryButton (it's terracotta now).
• Restored the clip trim slider's colour overrides, which the library otherwise renders in its default blue.
• Fixed a setInterval return-type error in ClipEdit that was failing tsc.
