If a stream key is leaked, users have no recourse. They cannot change their stream key.

Edge cases

What if a user is streaming and the change their stream key
What if a user still has .ts files in the stream folder named by their stream key, do they still have access?

Constraints

User cannot be streaming before changing their streaming key
Rename their stream folder to retain .ts files
