  • Clips and VoDs saved from a live stream (MediaService.clip / MediaService.saveSection) have a short stutter roughly every 3 seconds. At each HLS segment boundary the picture freezes for about 2 extra frames, and the audio has a matching gap of about 50–65 ms. No frames are lost, but the timeline gets stretched at every join.
